Lisa Williams is an extraordinary healer. I first went to her for treatment of a strained shoulder, after six months of traditional physical therapy had failed to ease the pain. It noticeably improved within six weeks and soon after, my shoulder was back to normal. But that wasn't even the best part. When I mentioned in passing that I suffered from seemingly intractable insomnia, Lisa began to work on that, as well. For years, I had had trouble falling asleep and also snapped awake most mornings at 4:30 and was unable to get back to sleep...
