Confidentiality: Lisa maintains patient confidentiality as required by state law at all times.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before an appointment, otherwise full fee will be charged.
Payment Methods: Lisa accepts only checks and cash for payment at the time of the visit. While we do not accept insurance at this time, you may be able to submit expenses through an employer-sponsored flexible spending account. Please check with your employer or FSA administrator for details.
Location: Lisa provides a flexible appointment schedule and will work with you to schedule appointments to accommodate your busy life. If you are more comfortable having your treatments in the tranquility of your own home, or if you just can’t make it out of the office, she is happy to make alternate arrangements to provide treatment at either location. Prices vary depending on the service(s) requested, number of family members, location, duration, and time/day of appointment. Please contact Lisa to discuss your needs.
